We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Analyst to work on an initial 3-month contract for one of our most prestigious clients based just north of Manchester.

This role would suit a well-rounded generalist with experience supporting users and resolving a variety of technical issues across hardware, software, and networking. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for escalated support tickets, managing occasional incidents such as connectivity or network problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support across Applications, Hardware and Networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues at small remote sites (routers, switches, connectivity).
  • Configure and maintain access controls on SharePoint and file servers.
  • Experience with Microsoft environments (AD, O365, Azure AD).
  • Manage mobile devices via Jamf or Intune.
  • Administer and manage user accounts and permissions (AD, O365, Azure AD, Exchange).
  • Broad understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, connectivity).
  • Understanding of Networking protocols, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple small-site requests efficiently.
