SAP Access Analyst – ERP Functional Team

About the Role

At DXC Technology an opportunity for a detail-oriented SAP Access Analyst has become available. You will join our collaborative SAP functional team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless access to SAP systems that support some of our most valued clients.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll manage user access requests, maintain permissions, support audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP access processes. This role combines technical precision, problem-solving, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys making systems safer and more efficient while working across different projects and clients.

What You'll Do:

• Perform SAP user administration, including creating, modifying, and maintaining accounts and access permissions

• Work closely with colleagues and client support teams to resolve user access and login issues quickly and efficiently

• Manage the provision of SAP Firefighter and remote access in line with security policies and stringent compliance standards

• Maintain accurate records and generate audit logs for enhanced access provision

• Support audit and compliance processes by preparing access data and evidence for reviews

• Collaborate on SAP-related projects, providing input on access control design, testing, and documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline user administration and strengthen access governance

What You'll Bring:

• Thorough knowledge and experience of SAP user administration and associated transactions  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve access issues

• Good understanding of user access principles and IT systems 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and business users

• A professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing work priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Consistency in completing tasks accurately to detailed instructions

• A team-first mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge

Working Environment:

• Primarily remote, with occasional requirements for travel or on-site collaboration

• Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, or bank holidays when required

Security Clearance

Due to the nature of our clients, this position is open to UK Nationals only who have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past five years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
