Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are looking for an all-rounder to cover Reception, Servery, General Floor, Kitchen cooking, stepping up to run a shift in a supervisory role from time to time - full training will be provided. To include weekend work.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
  • Assist customers with their orders, including upselling additional products when appropriate.
  • Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Conduct merchandising activities as needed, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
  • Utilise basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer requests while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles is an advantage.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate information.
  • Proven time management abilities to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory. Join us in delivering exceptional service that enhances our customers' experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
