Role Overview

The Accreditation and Automation Technical Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our automated systems, ensuring seamless automation across various platforms such as Zapier and HubSpot. This position is ideal for recent IT graduates or individuals passionate about automation and eager to apply their knowledge and grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation and Workflow Development: Develop and maintain zaps and automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot and Pabbly. This involves understanding business processes to create efficient automation solutions.
  • Coding and API Integration: Engage in coding tasks and manage API integrations to enhance system inter connectivity. Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs to build robust integration solutions.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs led by senior leaders to become proficient in CST Training's systems, with a particular focus on automation tools and CRM functionalities.
  • Accreditation Support: Work closely with our Accreditation Manager to ensure new qualifications have the back-end system readiness required to launch successfully.
  • Data Handling and Presentation: Manage data requests, ensuring team information is presented in a clear, digestible format. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for team meetings.
  • KPI Reporting: Generate accurate KPI reports to aid management in decision-making processes.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Conduct spot checks to maintain data accuracy within the CRM system, addressing discrepancies efficiently.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Integration Support: Provide support to CRM users, facilitating smooth integration between systems.
  • CRM Administration: Participate in various CRM administrative tasks, adapting to new features and functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, undergoing extensive training to master CST Training's systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly) and CRM systems
  • Understanding of JavaScript and its application in automation workflows
  • Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication methods and data handling
  • Basic understanding of SQL for querying and managing databases
  • Competence in data handling, presentation, and reporting
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, including its integration and automation capabilities
  • Understanding of user experience design and web development best practices
  • Interest in the construction industry or experience in a training company
