We are recruiting an experienced, confident and approachable Nursery Manager for our full time day care nursery caring for children from 3 months through to 5 years in Farnham open from 7:30-18:00.
The role would be for 4 full days of 5 shift days. You will lead the team and oversee the day to day running of the nursery. The role of the Nursery Manager is to ensure the nursery is compliant at all times and working towards achieving an outstanding setting.
You will ensure the nursery is adhering to all statutory requirements and the EYFS is effectively implemented across the provision. Communication is very important and building positive relationships with our parents and team is paramount.
We are looking for someone who will take a very 'hands on' approach initially in helping to implement our magical vision for our nursery space, someone who spends time getting to know the small team, ensuring not only our little ones are happy but our grown ups too
Having exceptional knowledge of the EYFS is a must, with an outstanding awareness of what it means to Safeguard children alongside a layered understanding when it comes to OFSTED. A proven track record of team management is needed, you must be confident to manage a growing team. A minimum of a level 3 full and relevant qualification within childcare is needed to apply for this role.
