We are a domiciliary care provider looking to recruit for the role of care worker to assist with providing domiciliary care services in and around Leicester(shire). At 'My Homecare Leicester' we are driven to provide a high standard of person-centred care. We love to see Individuals achieve outcomes that in turn give them a sense of pride and accomplishment. As part of your role as a support worker you will be expected to work to a high standard following our policies, care plans, risk assessments and training regime. As a support worker your daily duties may include but are not limited to (not an exhaustive list):

  • Personal care

  • Administering medication

  • Nutritional support

  • Moving and handling

  • Domestic tasks

  • Support with shopping

  • Support with social inclusion

A support worker should have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Experience working within the Health and Social care setting (not essential but desirable)

  • Hard working and driven to succeed

  • Holds a full driving license and has access to their own vehicle
