The Opportunity

They're seeking a
Customer Service Technician
to join the growing team, operating across Bath, South Bristol, Weston Super Mare and Bridgwater. This hands-on role is key to maintaining the high standards the homeowners expect. You'll be responsible for addressing post-occupancy service requests, performing repairs, and ensuring that each homeowner receives timely, professional, and courteous support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to homeowner service requests and warranty items efficiently and professionally.
  • Diagnose and complete minor repairs in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other finishing trades.
  • Coordinate with trade partners and contractors to resolve issues beyond the scope of in-house repair.
  • Document all service activities and communicate updates with homeowners and internal teams.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
  • Represent the client with professionalism and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in residential construction, home warranty service, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of general home construction and finishing details.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Formal trade qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Strong carpentry and plumbing skills with experience across other trades
  • Ability to assess situations and make good decisions for customers
  • Confident using IT equipment and mobile working devices
  • Full UK driving licence
