Ornua is actively seeking a Supplier Auditing Manager to join our technical team as we continue our growth trajectory. As our Supplier Auditing Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for ensuring product quality standards are met by identifying and resolving supplier quality issues through collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams as well as developing and executing effective programs and processes.
This role will ensure that Ornua Foods operates excellent ways of working and challenges innovative thinking and behaviours to enable us to become a "Best in Class" Technical operation.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
As our next Supplier Auditing Manager you will;
Build strong relationships with suppliers Conduct supplier audits and assessment to evaluate compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve supplier quality and performance Establish and maintain supplier quality metrics and reporting Ensure supplier materials and products meet company standards Facilitate resolution of quality issues with suppliers Understand and have an awareness of specific and generic food legislation whilst keeping up to date Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures and site specific food manufacturing processes
What You Bring To The Role:
Experience of dairy technology and supplier quality management Extensive experience in chilled food manufacture Understanding of quality control techniques, statistics and methodologies Clean UK full driving license Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications HACCP trained Excellent written and verbal communication skills
