THE ROLE
The primary responsibility is to contribute to and support the Treasury Operations team, a function within the wider group Treasury team, in its day to day management and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support of daily cash review and payment process for debt, derivatives, deposits and FX
- Assist team with maintenance of treasury management system database (currently City Financials) including input and generation of transactions and running of automated reports
- Treasury compliance for onboarding new bank counterparties, or refreshes with existing counterparties (e.g KYC and authorisations)
- Assist preparation of facility and loan compliance and supporting documents (including Directors Certificates, calculations and other required information)
- Support / contribute to improvements in treasury processes and systems
- Maintain documentation including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual
- Adherence to Treasury Policy
- Other ad hoc administration as required to support the wider group Treasury team
ABOUT YOU
- Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Attention to detail, with ability to self review and "own your work"
- Motivated and keen to problem solve with ability to manage own workstreams
- Responsive and collaborative team player
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant treasury or banking experience (including treasury systems) an advantage
