A leading global provider of turnkey solar solutions, delivering commercial rooftop systems and utility-scale photovoltaic power plants. With a dedicated international team, we develop, design, construct, operate, and finance tailored solar energy projects using a standardized and efficient approach.
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our expanding operations in the UK. This dual role covers both recruitment and HR administration, working closely with local teams and collaborating with HR colleagues abroad. The position involves shaping and improving recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting compliant, efficient HR operations. It is an ideal opportunity for a professional who thrives in an international, technical environment and enjoys a mix of strategic and operational work.
Key responsibilities in Talent Acquisition & HR Administration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Select and maintain sourcing channels such as professional networks, job boards, and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct interviews alongside hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Prepare and issue employment offers and relevant documentation.
- Support HR reporting through accurate recruitment data and metrics.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documents aligned with company policies and UK legislation.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data (e.g., new starters, leavers, absences).
- Maintain HR records and personnel files, tracking employee lifecycle changes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of HR administrative tasks in collaboration with international HR partners.
Profile:
- Experience in both recruitment and HR administration, preferably in an international or technical/engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using MS Office; HRIS or ATS experience is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting or controlling.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across borders.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
