LOVE EVENTBRITE? Remote role 1-2 hours a week updating Eventbrite from home Are you passionate about mental support? You'll provide admin support for the event & therapy team delivering Think Tenacity Mental Health Support Events for underserved communities tackling health inequalities.

What difference will you make?

This role supports our events and therapy team to continue and progress the events, workshops and activities for our members including our free 30 minute therapy taster sessions.

Long term outcomes and your efforts will be assist us to develop the project management team within the organisation for the future success of the organisation and more outreach to raise more awareness for underserved groups in the community to get free mental health support they need

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced skills using
  • Collating data for event day, evaluation and post-event reporting.
  • Supporting the Events Team for the smooth execution of events that meet the needs of our members.
  • Administrative tasks relating to the role as necessary.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event
  • Solution focussed
  • Have a flexible and proactive approach
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Previous experience as Senior Administrator or similar Team Secretary role.

What will you be doing?

  • This role would suit an administrator who is super passionate about mental health awareness and running free mental health support events.
  • You are a highly enthusiastic Administrator with a keen interest in working in a small charitable organisation ready to hit the ground running.
  • Confident that you have high IT skills for remote working.

What do you need the volunteer to do?

  • What do you need the volunteer to do?
  • Updating Eventbrite from home for delegate management and post-event.
  • Create eventbrite reports for the Event Marketing Team.
  • Work closely with the Event Volunteer Manager to upload volunteer training dates via Eventbrite
  • Working in collaboration with the Registration Event team to create spreadsheet delegate lists ahead of event day.
  • Working in collaboration with the Event Marketing Team to run Eventbrite marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the CEO to create 2026 calendar events via Eventbrite.
  • Working with the operations team provides accurate update impact reports for our Board of Trustees.
