CK Group
are recruiting for an Information Solutions Lead to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis initially for 12 months. This is a hybrid role based in Slough.

Salary:

£35.65 ph PAYE to £48.54 ph via Umbrella

Information Solutions Lead Role:

  • Be responsible for helping to define and execute the team's data marketplace strategy
  • Lead the creation and stewardship of high-quality, reusable, published information datasets
  • Serve as the primary representative of the data marketplace
  • Scout and evaluate emerging technologies
  • Champion data quality, ensuring external data is ready for advanced analytics and AI applications

Your Background
:

  • Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
  • Have a deep understanding of data life cycles
  • Experience with FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable)
  • Awareness of agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and their implications for scientific data platforms.
  • Ability to assess and integrate innovative tools and technologies into existing scientific data ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices, especially as they apply to scientific information systems
