What you'll do
The commercial team is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to actively manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across energy, commodities and shipping sectors.
More specifically, you will:
• Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
• Meeting/exceeding a growth sales quota every year
• Act as a commercial core partner of the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, controlling, demand planning, reporting, and general metrics promptly
• Collect product and competition feedback from clients
• Maintain the CRM with notes and updates, working closely with the sales team to make sure that our forecasts are achievable
• Support other teams and share knowledge
• Be a good representative of Kpler externally
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organisation
You are or have...
• +5 years of experience selling SaaS/DaaS/Tech/Data specifically targeting Energy, Commodities across the region.
• Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of energy and commodities market dynamics
• Willingness to travel as required
• Driven and self-disciplined. Able to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• A team player who always puts the business first with an eye on maximising your and your team's long-term gains
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to balance short-term objectives and long-term strategic account growth
