What is the purpose of this role in the delivery of our mission?
Working within a fast-growing business, you should be able to confidently take over the implementation and "after-sales" process for Orbital branded products, ratifying the agreed deal made by sales, guiding the client (and our own internal organization) through the implementation process, and hand-off to the service team post "go live". Keeping track and making progress on the implementation pipeline, and keeping Executive Management up to date on progress with regularity.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

  • Building and maintaining Client Relationships to secure onboarding documentation professionally and efficiently.
  • Own the end-to-end application process. Collecting documents and conducting a thorough analysis to ensure high-quality handover of new applications to the compliance team.
  • Maximising adoption of Onboarding 'best-practices' through constant client interaction and feedback to decision-makers.
  • Leveraging Client Relationships to manage Periodic Reviews proficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales, integrations, success, and operations to ensure a smooth transition between onboarding and go-live.
  • Continually look for process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What are the essential skills, qualifications and experience required for the role?

  • Previous experience in any of the following areas: Client Onboarding, KYC/AML new account onboarding, KYC Advisory, or any related field
  • Proven experience with leading small-medium teams to high levels of performance, with building a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly with new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, highly organised.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

What are the desirable skills, qualifications and experience that would be beneficial for the role?

  • Clear communication ability across diverse audiences.
  • Exposure to have worked with various platforms and screening tools simultaneously to deliver excellently compiled application packs.
  • Strong "fact-finding" skills when analysing documents and curious when reviewing applications.
  • Experience in analysing complex company legal structures.
  • Understanding of risk assessment matrix.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, both external and internal.
