About Us:

The Manor Rooms is a premier wedding and events venue located in the picturesque village of South Cave, East Yorkshire, specialising in hosting fabulous weddings, private parties, and special events, offering a blend of elegance and exceptional service.

We're looking for two enthusiastic and reliable bar staff to join our team, primarily for weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a variety of drinks including house cocktails to guests at weddings and events with efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organised, and fully stocked throughout events.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations as needed.
  • Assist with setup and closedown of the bar area before and after events.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and venue policies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a bar or events setting is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work primarily on weekends, including evenings and late nights
