Role: Cyclical Maintenance Lead REF

Contract Length: 6-12 months

Location: Must attend and work from a depot within Cambridgeshire minimum of 3 x per week.

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £250 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Cyclical Maintenance Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE LEAD JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take the limited data we currently hold and build on it.
  • Develop multiple planned maintenance regimes for ongoing cyclical works.
  • Work within our new asset management system, Aurora, to schedule and manage those regimes.
  • Apply good horticultural knowledge to ensure green assets are maintained in line with biodiversity and countryside regulations.
  • Understand enough about highways to balance this with safety and operational requirements
  • Need to recognise the species of tree and know what maintenance it requires, and at what time of year. The same applies to hedges, verges, and grass – identifying what's there, when and how it should be managed, and how to build that into a proactive maintenance plan.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for site visits.
