Job Role
- Project Manager role, available due to internal progression. This role is based at either our Norwich or Great Yarmouth location.
- We are looking for an individual with a background in Scaffolding, Insulation, Coatings, or Mechanical services, ideally with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of contract or package activities, ensuring they are executed safely, within schedule, budget, and scope, and in alignment with business and technical objectives. Continuously track and manage progress against key milestones, financial targets, and timelines, providing transparent reports and updates to stakeholders as required.
- Develop and manage project plans, objectives, schedules and resource allocation.
- Liaison with site teams to ensure all pre shipping actives are complete to facilitate seamless delivery in line with schedule requirements.
- Manage contract activities such as variations, claims, and technical queries with Commercial support.
- Management of all change to the contract including - scope definition, business justification and implementation of agreed change in line with associated governance.
- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues within the contract or package. Identify risks and facilitate the resolution of all issues raised.
- Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders and executing the project strategies within their contract or package of work.
- Use proven performance and financial tracking tools, including Earned Value Management, to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and transparent to stakeholders.
- Make continuous improvement part of your routine—capture lessons learned and share knowledge regularly.
Qualifications / Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-discipline projects, with a strong trade background advantageous.
- Demonstrate success in managing & developing Strategies and Teams.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end project delivery through engineering planning, contract administration, and field operations whilst ensuring high levels of safety, security and environmental responsibility, ideally within the oil and gas sector or similar regulated environment.
- Control of costs; risk; schedule and change, procurement and proficient in the use of Earned Value tools.
- Experienced in working effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals and drive results.
- Able to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and / or practitioner of Project Management with experience of applying either; APM or Prince 2.
- NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
