As our Demi Dim Sum Chef de Partie, you will assist a Chef de Partie in a specific section of the kitchen by preparing ingredients, organising stock, and keeping your area clean.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start from 17th November onwards.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We've got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we're just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:
  • Assisting Experienced Chefs in Crafting Recipes for Success: Assist the section chef with preparing specific ingredients, salads, sauces under instruction from senior team members. Your eagerness to learn will improve your skills and help keep the kitchen efficient
  • Teamwork: Support and help fellow team members by ensuring your duties are performed consistently. Your collaborative spirit will streamline the team and ensure high standards of service are met
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £3.29 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
