The Role
As a Dim Sum Commis Chef, you'll work closely with our Dim Sum Chef de Partie and Head Dim Sum Chef to prepare exquisite, authentic dishes that showcase precision, technique, and creativity. You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's best while developing your craft in a fast-paced, world-class kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and production of dim sum and other signature dishes
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepared to the highest standards
  • Support senior chefs in maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Contribute positively to the team dynamic and kitchen culture

  • Previous experience in a high-end Asian or dim sum kitchen preferred
  • Genuine passion for dim sum and Chinese cuisine
  • Attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
