Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef De Partie to join our vibrant culinary team at our newly refurbished Lucianos in Hamilton.The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a background in Italian cuisine.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality meal service and exceptional customer satisfaction.This role requires a deep understanding of hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and front of house to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify a need for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant setting
  • Strong background in food production and culinary techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team effectively while maintaining high morale
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
  • Available to work 40-45hrs per week,over 4-5 days with weekend and weekday availability
  • Salary of up to £34,000 comprised of wage plus gratuities, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
