Monday - Friday, rotating weekly pattern of 08:00 - 16:00, 10:00 - 18:00.

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a
Warehouse Lead
at our Mirfield site.

As a
Warehouse Lead
your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of work through the Hardware Shipping department, providing first-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the person controlling and organising the operations team in order to meet customer deadlines whilst supporting the Department Manager with KPI reporting.

You will be the first point of contact for any urgent escalations and will communicate with external carriers about shipment queries.

You will have previous experience in a Senior Operative, Supervisor or Warehouse Lead role.
