Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated M&E Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of cost control measures. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in cost control techniques and budget management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,953.46-£50,000.00 per year
