We're now looking for an organised and proactive Branch Co-ordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running as we move into our brand-new Glasgow office. Our Glasgow team plays a key role in delivering exceptional service in a modern, collaborative environment. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and being at the heart of a busy workplace.

What You'll Do:

As Branch Co-ordinator, you'll be a key point of contact for facilities, administration and supplier coordination, helping to ensure our office remains safe, welcoming and well-maintained. You'll work closely with internal teams and trusted external partners to support our people and operations. This will be a full time onsite role.

This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact on the employee experience.

  • Supporting the upkeep and presentation of the office, including shared spaces such as boardrooms, breakout areas and staff facilities
  • Coordinating routine maintenance, repairs and inspections with approved suppliers
  • Facilitating client visits 
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Overseeing office, kitchen and facilities supplies
  • Supporting health & safety, security and compliance activities in line with UK legislation and company standards
  • Assisting with audits and quality processes, with guidance and support from specialist teams
  • Coordinating deliveries, collections and occasional transport requirements
  • Acting as a reliable on-site contact for facilities-related queries and improvements
  • Supporting environmental and charity initiatives and sustainable workplace practices
  • Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, safety and the overall working environment

​Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for urgent building matters, with appropriate notice and support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, facilities or office coordination role (around 1 year or more)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
  • Comfortable liaising with suppliers and external partners
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
