An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Valuer(Estate Agency), to join a long-established, well respected, award winning Estate Agency in Nuneaton.

Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include:

  • Participating in Valuation Training
  • Conducting valuations
  • Selling Professional Photography
  • Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
  • Creating write-ups
  • Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations

Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:

  • 12+ months Estate Agency experience required
  • Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
  • Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
  • Creating new leads
  • Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals
