Are you an experienced Estate Agent with valuing experience, looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home? Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency, is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Nuneaton area. The role offers a range of commission opportunities, including instruction bonuses, commission on completions, canvassed instruction incentives, and mortgage and legal sign-up bonuses. This is a great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers a salary and uncapped earnings, that is not to be missed What's on offer: Up to £27,500 Basic £60,000 - £65,000 Company Car Benefits scheme Progression opportunities Working hours: Full Time Hybrid working Valuer requirements: Highly experienced in property sales and valuing Be motivated and driven Good knowledge of the local area Great communication skills both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills A full and clean UK driving license Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to: Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory Engage and support customers throughout their journey Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the process
