We have a number of openings for Software Engineers to join our growing team
Our Software Engineers are exposed to cutting edge development and the latest cloud technologies. As a full stack developer, you will be using the latest C# .NET Core for API development alongside Angular on the front-end. You will be exposed to the latest Azure technologies like AKS, Cosmo DB, Azure SQL, functions, and service bus.
These roles would be well suited to individuals who would enjoy working in a collaborative environment, where they will have the opportunity to expand the scope of their role over time.
We are looking for team players with Agile Scrum or Kanban experience, who will thrive in an interesting, supportive, and open culture.

We're using the latest cloud technologies and functionality, which our engineers use to support our platforms and tackle technical challenges such as introducing new features, technologies and phasing out legacy modules.
Our team are highly collaborative, using modern tools and techniques in Agile engineering. Our Software Engineers main role is to design, develop and test features to a high quality. Our offerings are all cloud based using containerization on AKS with complimentary mobile applications on iOS created in Swift. We integrate with many external aviation data platforms, and we see data as an extremely important part of our business.
With a focus on continuous integration/delivery in Azure DevOps, the team continually strives to achieve frequent deliveries that keeps pace with the product roadmap.

/ Responsibilities:
- Working closely with architects in all aspects of the design and development of solutions.
- Working with Product Owners to understand the scope of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Following the coding structures and patterns in place within the existing product range.
- Ensuring development work is developed and tested to the required standards before delivering to CI/CD environments.
- Performing PR and conducting reviews to ensure standardisation and quality
- Maintaining and resolving issues
- Collaborating with other members of the team
- Minimising future coding related support issues including bugs.
- Maintaining a team ethic centered on the successful delivery as a team.
/ Technical Skills Required:
- C# .NET Core
- Web API & RESTful APIs
- Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure functions, service bus, blob storage)
- Scrum Agile or similar Agile engineering process
- SQL
/ Our team are all familiar, skilled, and/or experienced in some of the following and so would be desirable for the role:
- Automated UI testing frameworks e.g. Cypress/Playwright
- Azure DevOps
- Angular
- General network knowledge: HTTP/S and asynchronous web communications
- Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
- Kubernetes (AKS)
- Microservices
- NuGet package management
- ORMs - Dapper, Entity Framework
- SQL Server/Azure SQL – writing queries, stored procedures.
- Swagger, API documentation
- Third party UI component providers e.g. DevExpress
- TypeScript, CSS, JSON, HTML5
- Unit testing
