We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our BRMA (Broadridge Message Automation) team. In this role, you will lead clients through complex implementation activities, coordinating project launches, ensuring regulatory go‑lives, and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end onboarding experience. You will combine technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills to guide clients and internal teams toward successful, high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to discern client needs and project requirements.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.

Test Design and Execution:

  • Design and execute tests meticulously to validate requirements.
  • Document project needs and ensure accuracy.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales teams on design proposals, and throughout RFP and pre-sales processes.
  • Provide product recommendations and configurations based on technical expertise as part of a wider forum to drive the products forward.

Technical Solutions Architecture:

  • Develop coding solutions and technical integrations to solve real world problems.
  • Ensure seamless system integration and alignment following software development lifecycle methodologies.

Effective Communication:

  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all actions/concerns are being shared across teams.
  • Manage enhancement requests and escalations professionally, ensuring that Sales/Relationship management are informed of any situations requiring their attention.
  • Guides, influences, and persuades others either internally in other areas or externally with customers or agencies

Holistic Solutions Advisory:

  • Advise clients on comprehensive solutions aligned with market needs and changes to the regulatory space.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and solution whiteboarding when taking client requests to the product management team.
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems

Build and Environment Management – On premise/Hosted

  • Work with the Broadridge DevOps teams to co-ordinate and deploy releases to our clients, where they have opted for a hosted solution.
  • Work with build management tools to produce artifacts for client releases, with associated technical release documentation.
  • Support client technical implementation teams in the installation and support of deployed artifacts across multiple environments.

Functional Knowledge

  • Requires in-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines

Impact

  • Impacts the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives
  • Guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan

Leadership

  • Perform regular 1-2-1s with direct reports and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure that the release process is being followed
  • Drive continuous improvement and actively drive high quality and scalable solutions from members of the team

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10 years+ experience of the full project life cycle from development through testing and implementation to go live, ideally gained from an investment bank or another capital focused software product vendor.
  • Detailed knowledge of at least three of the following regulatory reporting regimes with MiFID being required:
  • o MiFID II (RTS 1, 2 and 22)
  • o EMIR
  • o Dodd-Frank (CFTC/SBSR)
  • o Canadian
  • o SFTR
  • o MAS
  • o HKMA
  • o ASIC
  • Accumulate 3 or more years of experience delivering commercial products via service organisations/financial institutions.
  • Understanding of ETL tools from other reg reporting vendors/internal platforms
  • Understanding of implementation of middleware using a SaaS platform (e.g. AWS)
  • Exposure to an issue management workflow (Jira, Remedy, HP) with an appreciation for the flows and expectations of issue management between client and vendor.
  • Project governance, with a proven ability to co-ordinate and deliver across all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • Consulting skills that include senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, demonstrated with both clients and colleagues.
  • Experience using Git Source Control and a wider understanding of code management/reviews/branching strategies

Desired

  • Experience in Linux OS/Bash.
  • Proficiency in SQL or another relational database language.
  • At least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Perl, Javascript).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyse data).
