Job Title: SHEQ Advisor
Location: Hull
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) plus other benefits

The Opportunity:
As a SHEQ Advisor you'll play a key role in:
Keeping policies, procedures and forms up to date, managing version control and ensuring accessible communication of changes across the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Maintaining legal registers and compliance calendars, staying ahead of legislation changes and ensuring timely updates
Planning and delivering a risk-based internal audit programme, coordinating external audits and managing non-conformance reports to sustainable closure
Analysing trends and conducting root cause investigations to drive corrective and preventive action
Supporting projects and sites with readiness checks, stage gate compliance and client audit preparation
Your work will directly contribute to upholding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
A NEBOSH qualification
Proven experience in a HSE or SHEQ role within Manufacturing, Construction, Projects or Warehousing
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role
Strong auditing skills with a history of quality control and compliance in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to solve problems, analyse data and use insights to drive improvement
Excellent team collaboration, communication and coaching skills
Desirable: experience working with QMS, SharePoint or Safety Culture platforms

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
