Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Little Aisha Nursery, Stanmore, HA7 4HZ

Salary: £13.50 – per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time,Part-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our Stanmore branch. You'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, maintaining high standards of care, and working closely with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and happiness of every child
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to observations and assessments
  • Support the nursery's daily routines and uphold safeguarding standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
