Role Overview We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high-performing team as our Transport Clerk. This role operates on a shift pattern of 10am-6pm.

As a Transport Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery processes. This challenging role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Location: Derby

Shift: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Checking delivery paperwork.

• Challenging drivers on missing information.

• Reviewing vehicle temperature records for accuracy.

• Booking same-day deliveries.

• Contacting customers to apologise for late deliveries.

Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Strong all-round administration skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently.
