The Opportunity: Lead Premier Care in an Exclusive Residential Area

We are seeking an inspirational Registered Manager to lead my clients' service, a highly-regarded 16-bed residential care home known for its warm, homely atmosphere and commitment to excellence.

This is a fantastic chance to lead a small, established service providing exceptional care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia, in a desirable and affluent South West London residential area with excellent local amenities and proximity to major green spaces (like Richmond Park).

Your Impact & Responsibilities

You will be the heart of the service, overseeing all operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

  • Inspirational Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a small team, fostering an open, honest, and playful work culture.
  • Quality & Compliance Champion: Full responsibility for CQC standards, ensuring continuous adherence and driving improvement in care delivery.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all daily management, staffing, budgeting, and resident well-being, focusing on quality outcomes.

What We Need

We are looking for a proven, compassionate leader with:

  • CQC Registered Manager status or readiness for registration.
  • NVQ Level 5 / QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Senior experience in a care setting, ideally with elderly and dementia care expertise.
  • A deep knowledge of CQC regulations and a passion for achieving outstanding results.
