We are seeking experienced
Psychiatry Consultants
for structured medico-legal assessments across various locations in the
UK
. This role involves conducting detailed psychiatric evaluations for individuals involved in small-claim cases, providing independent, objective, and evidence based clinical opinions to support legal and insurance processes. Assessments can be conducted remotely or onsite at local clinics, typically lasting between 45 and 90 minutes.

Requirements

  • GMC Specialist Register (mandatory)
  • Demonstrable expertise in psychiatric assessment
  • Strong report-writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
