Theatre Healthcare Assistant | Solihull | Full Time 37.5 

Are you a compassionate and proactive healthcare assistant looking for a change? Work in a supportive and modern environment. Spire Parkway Hospital is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Theatre HCA to support our theatre department in delivering safe, high-quality care.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Theatre HCA you will work as part of a MDT providing vital support to patients and clinical staff within the operating theatre environment.

  • Assistant in the preparation of theatres and equipment
  • Ensuring patient comfort, safety and dignity at all times
  • Transporting patients to and from the theatre
  • Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous healthcare experience (Ideally in a theatre/hospital setting)
  • NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care is desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, flexible and proactive approach to patient care
  • Comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment

Varied shifts between Monday-Saturday, between hours 7:30am-8pm
