Want to join us in our quest to make Bournemouth nightlife even better, have a passionate for cocktails, drinks and having fun Our venue works directly with 1812 & Backyard and soon to be our New Venue launching September, giving our staff the ability to be multi-venue trained if they wish to increase their hours or progress their skills.

£8.36 per hour – 3 Month Pay Review Performance Based

Full-time/part time – requiring full flexibility with shift patterns, weekend work essential

BarSo is located a stone's throw from the beach and has been a destination venue in Bournemouth for the last 15 years, during the day we bring a truly one off experience and pride ourselves on our customers experiencing the very best cocktails, music and laid back vibes. During the night we release our inner animal, we party like the gods, and we ask our staff to ensure all our customers have the greatest night possible.

So… What will you be doing?

· Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails to the company's specification

· Maintaining a clean and organised workspace complying with all food and beverage due diligence

· Delivering exceptional customer service to the highest possible standard creating a unique and unforgettable customer journey

So…What should you bring?

Working in a bar role – preferred but not essential we all start somewhere

Happy & energetic personality – Service with a smile is essential
