Landmarc Support Services are looking for a Team Manager to lead the delivery of Facilities Management services across three training camps at STANTA, supporting the Defence Training Estate. Based at West Tofts Camp, you'll be part of a team that manages 2% of Norfolk, ensuring critical military infrastructure remains safe, compliant, and operational.

Main Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day FM operations across accommodation, cleaning, waste, stores, and grounds maintenance
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing performance, wellbeing, and development
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S, statutory obligations, and contract standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders across three sites
  • Managing work orders, inspections, PPMs, and resource allocation
  • Supporting fire safety, waste management, and contractor coordination

The Ideal Candidate

  • Solid background in Facilities Management services
  • Strong leadership and people management skills (Level 4 qualification desirable)
  • Knowledge of CoSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and IOSH Managing Safely
  • Experience with workload scheduling and compliance in a multi-tasking environment
  • IT Literate with Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
  • A UK driving licence is essential for this role
