Role Description

This part-time hybrid role of Experienced Student Recruitment Agent is based in Watford, with the flexibility to work remotely. The role involves identifying potential student candidates, providing comprehensive guidance on enrollment procedures, matching students to appropriate university programs, preparing them for the admissions process, and offering support throughout. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships with academic institutions and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders during recruitment engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes to identify and select suitable candidates for various academic programs.
  • Sales skills to promote and present educational programs effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand the needs and aspirations of students.
  • Previous experience in student recruitment and familiarity with the UK higher education system is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
