Regenta are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join us in our growing team as we expand into wider areas of
London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex
.

New Homes Sales Consultant

An efficient and professional service is required to all prospective and current customers for the development. Dealing with new sales and progression in line with the company's standards and financial targets. An excellent customer service is demanded, and high expectations need to be met on a weekly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining the presentation of the sales environment to the highest level
  • Contacting the sales database via telephone, email and messaging services
  • Discussing affordability and eligibility requirements with interested parties
  • Booking viewing appointments
  • Effective in closing sales quickly
  • Must be presentable at all times in line with our dress code
  • Assist with the progression of secured reservations to exchange and completion
  • To manage the threat of cancellations and minimise the cancellation rates
  • Deliver the highest quality in customer service
  • To be able to work in a team
  • Monthly Market Research needs to be obtained to analyse the local competition and their sales rates alongside any incentives they might offer
  • Sales administration will need to be organised
  • Able to operate our CRM database system effectively - training provided
  • To manage and resolve any customer complaints
  • Offering suggestions to the Marketing Team to achieve higher viewing numbers
  • Enthusiastic with a hunger to achieve as many sales as possible and represent the company to its high standards
