Hybrid 2 days in a DXC office either Erskine, Newcastle or Farnborough

We're now looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. If you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong recruitment experience, ideally in tech hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes.
