Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team and support us through the busy Christmas period.

Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and cooking activities

- Efficiently rolling hand rolls to a high standard (you will be using a machine to ensure consistent quality)

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

- Working in a team environment with good energy and enthusiasm

Experience

- Experience working in a sushi restaurant will be favoured but not crucial

- Culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques

- Familiarity with supervising kitchen staff and working in a team

- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food experiences

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £13.41 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
