Commis Chef – Quick Service Restaurant Sheffield

Alongside our tech-led restaurants, we operate five inamo sukoshi (meaning "little inamo") locations across Central London, Manchester, and Sheffield.

inamo sukoshi brings knockout sushi and fusion street food, inspired by flavours across Asia, to vibrant food hall-style venues. Guests can enjoy some of our award-winning dishes from the main restaurants — including our signature Dragon Rolls, Korean BBQ Ribs, and the new Chicken Katsu Curry — all served with the speed and flair of a QSR concept.

We're now looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Sheffield team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving our signature dishes.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

• Assist with daily shop opening and closing procedures.

• Keep your section clean, organised, and welcoming for both colleagues and guests.

• Work as part of a brilliant team, supporting others and sharing skills as you develop.

• You'll have a passion for service, people, and fresh food.

• Ability to multitask and work quickly, yet thoroughly.

• High energy and positivity – you'll be serving hundreds of guests every day in a buzzing environment.

• A hunger to learn new skills; we'll give you loads of support during your induction, then you'll help support others once you're confident.

• Commitment to maintaining your shop to the highest standards and always following health & safety.

• In the spirit of kaizen (continuous improvement), you're always looking for ways to make things better than the day before.
