Our client is a large UK law firm who were recently recognised at the Women, Influence, Power and Law Awards for their DE&I efforts, they are now looking for a resilient and flexible Recruitment Administrator to join their growing and busy team in their London offices on a permanent basis.

The Recruitment Administrator will provide generalist administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams supporting areas such as graduate and apprenticeship recruitment, interview arrangements, offers and contractual documentation, on-boarding and any other duties as reasonably required.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Recruitment with administrative tasks relating to lateral partner and associate hires, such as interview arrangements, room bookings and liaising with recruitment agencies and or direct candidates.
  • Taking an active involvement in the arrangement and facilitation of vacation schemes.
  • Dealing with general recruitment enquiries both externally and from staff and partners.
  • Working closely with the HR Administrator to keep the HR database accurate, up-to-date and secure, ensure that they are being used effectively.
  • Carrying out research where needed, either internally or externally.
  • Supporting the wider HR team as necessary with other projects or responsibilities.

The Recruitment Administrator will ideally have previous administrative experience within recruitment or HR along with possessing strong IT skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. It is essential to demonstrate good time management skills, a proven ability to multi-task and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The right candidate will have a positive, flexible attitude, with excellent attention to detail and work seamlessly with various teams.
