What you'll do

· Operate Reach and Counterbalance FLTs to load/unload, put-away and move pallets safely and accurately.

· Cover colleagues' breaks across Coldstore and Collation; help where needed to keep flow.

·Work in chilled/frozen environments; carry out manual handling including palletising and wrapping.

·Use the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and handheld scanner for all stock movements.

·Support Stock Control: accurate picks, put-aways and adjustments; report issues promptly.

·Maintain housekeeping; segregate waste; use the baler when required.

· Complete paperwork and digital records accurately; follow H&S and GMP standards.

What you'll bring

·Valid, accredited FLT licences: Reach and Counterbalance (essential); Scissor Lift desirable.

· Comfortable in low temperatures; physically able for manual handling/palletising tasks.

· Attention to detail with tidy, accurate paperwork/record-keeping.

· Confident using WMS and scanners; basic computer skills.

·Positive, reliable attitude; team player who can switch tasks and cover breaks without fuss.

· (Desirable) Experience working to BRC standards and/or within an ISO-certified environment.
