Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support on a temporary basis to assist in the
planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our theatre slate together with the Head of Communications. The successful candidate will be highly familiar with the theatre and entertainment space, and a brilliant marketing executive with a proven track record of driving awareness and ticket sales through inventive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
● Campaign & project management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of
multi-channel marketing campaigns across theatre slate, maintain project timelines,
asset schedules, approval processes, and key milestones. Ensure all campaign materials
meet RDSC brand guidelines and legal/rights requirements.
● Internal & external stakeholder coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day theatre
marketing contact for internal stakeholders (Creative, Comms, Producing, Legal).
Manage relationships with external partners including producing partners and agencies
and assist with the preparation and delivery of campaign updates
● Content & creative asset management: Oversee the briefing, creation, and distribution of
marketing assets (digital, print, social) ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual
identity in collaboration with communications and digital teams. Review and approve
creative deliverables from partners following established brand guidelines.
● Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs and assist with producing
post-campaign evaluations. Maintain accurate project documentation and data to
support reporting, forecasting, and internal reviews.
Requirements:
● 3–5 years' experience in marketing or account management.
● Experience managing multi-stakeholder or cross-functional campaigns in theatre,
agency, or related creative industries.
● Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
concurrent projects.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder-facing
presentation experience.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with partners
and colleagues.
● Understanding of brand management principles
