DescriptionAre you tech-savvy, media savvy, and passionate about providing excellent customer support?
Aura is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Customer Media Support Administrator to join our dynamic Services Department.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their media administration needs, ensuring their digital content is flawlessly delivered to our CMS (Content Management System).
Main DutiesMedia Administration: The primary responsibility of this role is to support our customers in managing their digital media content. This involves receiving specific digital content from customers and uploading it onto our Content Management System. Content will often be scheduled for specific time frames, including but not limited to promotions for Black Friday, special offers, time-sensitive deals and special pricing.
Customer Interaction: This role is customer-facing, requiring excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our customer media teams, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional service to address their media administration needs.
Ticket Resolution: As a team player, you will collaborate with our Service Help Desk to assist in resolving customer tickets.
Digital Signage and IPTV: Working with internet protocol services and digital signage technology such as IPTV, Scala or Embed digital Signage platforms.
RequirementsEssential:
Experience with media players and content management systems
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A technical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential
Desirable:
A bachelor's degree or relevant college course in media or related field
Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe Creative suite
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
Experience with Scala or Embed digital Signage Platforms
Knowledge or experience with IPTV (Internet Protocol Television).
