Your Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll command your section with skill and confidence, ensuring excellence from prep to plate. You'll be part of a dynamic daytime operation where quality and consistency take centre stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your station, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and impeccably clean at all times.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes that showcase both quality ingredients and your own attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high culinary standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols with absolute diligence.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials, and creative presentations.
  • Mentor junior team members, nurturing skill, confidence, and teamwork.
  • Manage stock control within your section, minimising waste while maximising flavour and consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up.
  • A deep respect for fresh, seasonal produce and contemporary café cuisine.
  • Calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead your section independently.
  • Strong organisational skills, immaculate attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable food experiences.
  • A team player who thrives in a creative, positive, and forward-thinking environment.
