You'll work side-by-side with our marketing manager and graphic designers to bring two flagship events – L.E/Miami and SET – to life with smart and brand-driven copy. From emails and social posts, to web copy and sales decks, you'll work from concept to completion and execute excellent brand storytelling for our B2B audiences, who work in the lifestyle and entertainment travel industries.Demonstrating creative flair and initiative, you will adapt to new deadlines while always maintaining excellent internal communication to manage expectations. If you're eagle-eyed and able to master new tones of voice quickly, with outstanding proofreading skills (no wayward commas make it past you) then this could be the ideal role for you.What You Will DoWrite and/or proof-read creative copy for brand, marketing and sales communications (this includes emails, social media posts, PDFs/brochures and website updates)Ensure all copy is of the highest editorial standards and free from all typographical and grammatical errorsEnsure consistency in brand tone of voice and narrative across all touchpointsWrite and proof-read copy for our members-only digital platform alongside ourCRM/Digital teamCollaborate with marketing, creative and operations teams on briefs that fulfil business aims and successfully appeal to the relevant target audiencesGenerate ideas for brand campaigns across multiple platforms (including digital,multimedia, print and experiential)What You Will NeedImpeccable command of the English language and ideally a BA in English or similar literary subjectMinimum 3 years experience working on a strong brand as part of a Marketing or Creative teamProficiency with social media channels including Instagram and LinkedIn: you understand how to tailor copy to each of these platformsPassion for travel - essential Knowledge of the travel/ events industry is a plusDemonstrable experience in generating innovative, fit-to-brief creative ideas and copy while displaying a thorough understanding of brand tone and narrativeDemonstrable experience maintaining excellent internal communication to manage expectations and competing timelines - highly organised.Highly creative and imaginative with an editorial mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills and a clear, confident communicatorProficiency with Asana, WordPress, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite would be highly advantageousCommercial mindset and able to tailor your words to the marketing objective that's been set for youBenefits:Enjoy a range of benefits, including: Pension Scheme, Hybrid working arrangement, Health Cash Plan/BUPA coverage, Ongoing Learning & Development opportunities, Bonus Earning Potential, Social Events & Travel OpportunitiesPosition Type:Permanent, with a 4-day working week.
