Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring marketing excellence while upholding the highest standards of compliance? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Compliance Manager to join our team and help shape the future of marketing governance for our Global Financial Institutions (GFIs) and high-net-worth clients across the UK and Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise will directly influence how we communicate with our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Administering the marketing material review and approval process across multiple jurisdictions and client types
- Championing compliance within the marketing team by delivering training and mentoring junior colleagues
- Establishing and maintaining monitoring processes to test adherence to marketing compliance standards
- Preparing and refining risk control assessments with a focus on GFI and end-client needs
- Managing first-line compliance processes to ensure clarity and transparency for all customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate procedures and implement efficiencies
- Partnering with the compliance team to manage regulatory changes and ensure seamless communication
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in approving financial promotions for GFIs and wealth investor audiences across UK and Europe.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations including FCA COBS, Consumer Duty, MiFID II, UCITS IV, AIFMD, and GDPR
- Ability to analyse complex compliance issues and develop practical, risk-aware solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- A degree in a relevant discipline and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of others within a compliance or marketing function
- Language skills - German (essential)
