A Prestigious, internationally renowned luxury hospitality business are seeking a skilled Group Reporting & Treasury Manager to take ownership of group statutory reporting.

This position is responsible for Group financial reporting, treasury management, and UK tax compliance. It combines technical accounting expertise with commercial insight and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity across the group, delivering timely and accurate reporting, managing debt covenants, and supporting tax and treasury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of three finance professionals
  • Oversee Group consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory audit processes
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and covenant reporting
  • Ensure compliance with UK tax (corporate tax and VAT) and support international tax matters
  • Own and maintain the Group's long-term financial model
  • Produce financial materials for Board and Executive Committees
  • Oversee corporate cost centre reporting and budgeting
  • Drive financial controls, process improvements, and technology utilisation
  • Collaborate with hotel finance teams and support cross-functional initiatives

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 4+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong IFRS knowledge (incl. IFRS 16), group consolidation, and audit background
  • Experience with multi-currency reporting, cash management, and tax compliance
  • Proven leadership ability and confident in engaging senior stakeholders
