We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering the HR elements of Future Nottingham Phase Two – our ambitious transformation programme shaping the future of our workforce and services.
Acting as the central point of coordination across HR teams, you will translate strategic objectives into clear, practical outcomes, ensuring that priorities are aligned, deliverables are well-defined, and interdependencies are effectively managed. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change across the organisation and enhance the efficiency and impact of our HR delivery.
In this role you will:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of HR workstreams within the Future Nottingham Phase Two programme
- Ensure HR activities are well-sequenced, aligned to strategic objectives, and delivered on time
- Provide oversight and tracking of progress, risks, and interdependencies across multiple HR projects
- Act as the main liaison between HR and programme stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Drive simplification, digital innovation, and automation to enhance HR processes and outcomes
- Anticipate potential issues, identify risks early, and develop actionable solutions to keep delivery on track
- Provide regular progress reports, updates, and insights to the Deputy Director of HR and HR Senior Leadership Team
About you
We're looking for a delivery-focused professional who can bring people together and make things happen. You'll combine excellent project management skills with a strong understanding of HR operations and transformation.
You will have:
- Proven experience in HR strategy, transformation or organisational development
- Evidenced strategic planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing ability at all levels
- Effective communicator with strong storytelling and data presentation skills
- A passion for driving improvement, innovation, and digital transformation within HR
