Your RoleAs our new ECT, you'll:
Plan and deliver exciting lessons that will spark curiosity and creativity in your students.
Create a classroom atmosphere that's warm, inclusive, and full of energy where children can grow, learn, and thrive
Track student progress, giving feedback that empowers and encourages students to do their best.
Foster a love for learning and help children develop the skills they need to succeed both now and in the future.
Collaborate with a fantastic team of teachers and support staff who are always there to share ideas and best practices.
Communicate with parents to celebrate progress and ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to supporting the children's development.
Grow and develop through amazing CPD opportunities and support tailored specifically to you
We want someone who:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Has a passion for teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and loves helping children discover their full potential.
Understands the National Curriculum and knows how to make lessons fun and engaging.
Is a great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Has a positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching.
Is committed to continuous professional development and wants to grow with us in a supportive environment.
